Once your order has been placed, I will have your jewelry in the mail within 72 hours. If the item ordered is a custom made item, the shipping time may vary per item. Please contact me for expected delivery time on special orders.
We ship in the US via: USPS First Class and Priority Mail. If you would like your item sooner for a special occasion or any reason, please email me so we can make arrangements to expedite shipping.
If your item is a gift and you would like the item custom wrapped with a card, please specify in comments when you place your order. I am happy to accommodate where I can.
Refunds
Cheeky Jewelry takes pride in our products and we are happy to offer a refund within 2 weeks of the original delivery date. Each item must be returned in original condition. Please email to request a refund. Refund amount will be less shipping costs.
Repairs
Repairs for damage due to normal wear and tear can be accommodated, shipping charges and materials charges may apply. Please contact us for more repair information. We want you to be happy with your purchase and if for any reason you don't love the item, we are happy to accept your return within the two week refund period.
